The term “Us” starts with me, Hector Claudio. I bring 20 years of experience in the web software industry, spanning diverse sectors including Media, eCommerce, Healthcare, Education, Energy, and SaaS. With deep expertise across full-stack open-source development, there are few technical challenges I cannot solve.

However, no single person knows everything. Through a strong network of developers and a strategic partnership with ColoredCow, there is almost nothing we cannot accomplish together.

My journey began early. I learned programming at a young age, built dozens of simple websites, and landed an old-school webmaster role before steadily climbing the ladder. After years of hands-on technical work, I transitioned from Senior Developer into management, while continuing to deliver successful contract projects along the way. Over two decades, I have owned two small businesses, transformed high-performing teams, and worked alongside remarkable organizations.

My core approach centers on empathy. In business and technology, two opposing viewpoints can often be true at the same time. Navigating those dynamics requires perspective—whether aligning leadership with engineering teams or modernizing complex workflows.
