The term ‘US’ is starts with I, Hector Claudio. I have 20 years of experience in the web software industry.  Of this time, I have spanned many industries such as Media, eCommerce, Health Care, Education, Energy, and SaaS.  With my jack-of-all experience in full stack open source development, there isn’t much I cannot assist with. 

But, I am happy to say that I don’t know everything. With an amazing network developers and strategic partnership with Colored Cow there is almost nothing we can’t do together.

I started small and worked my way up. Learned programming at an early age. Did dozens of simple websites and landed an old school webmaster role and then progressed from there.  After some solid experience I then took a jump from Senior Developer to the management track. I have also performed many contract projects through the years.    

I have owned two small businesses, transformed and managed great teams, and worked with some great companies. Some not so great! That is more of a joke. The interesting thing I strive for is empathy. Often, the reality is two viewpoints can be true at the same time.  Many individuals will love and hate a company. It is almost industry standard to hate your boss.  I can help navigate the understanding of why that is.  With adherence of Agile solutions, empathy, and education I look forward to assist you and your organization.
